UArts' Fall Undergraduate Open House is an opportunity for juniors, seniors and transfer students, and up to two guests, to learn about all of our programs. Students and guests will be able to meet faculty and current students, ask detailed questions about programs and see our facilities. You can attend multiple school presentations, if interested, participate in an Admissions Information Session and participate in portfolio review with faculty for visual arts, design and film.
Students can customize their own schedule based on the presentations they are interested in attending. Check-in will be happening throughout the day to accommodate all arrival times.
Schedule of Events:
8:30am - 3:00pm: Check-in at Hamilton Hall - all guests will check-in to receive a schedule, map and wristband for secure entry into other buildings.
9:00am - 2:00pm: Various School Presentations throughout campus
9:00am: School of Theater
10:00am: School of Dance
11:00am: School of Music
12:00pm: School of Art
1:00pm: School of Design
2:00pm: School of Film
9:30am - 3:30pm: Admissions Information Sessions, running every 30 minutes
9:30am - 3:30pm: Tours of Spruce Residence Hall, running every 30 minutes
11:00am - 4:00pm: Portfolio Reviews for Visual Arts, Design and Film students
Our campus is currently mask optional, however we strongly encourage our visitors to wear masks during their campus visit. Masks may still be required in certain classrooms and studio spaces where clear signage will indicate the need for a mask. We ask all of our visitors to carry a mask with them and wear it in certain spaces upon request.
If any of your party has experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in 72 hours leading up to your visit we ask that you stay home in order to keep our community safe and healthy.
